Using best business practice & processes gained over many years experience of implementing Epicor, the Epaccsys implementation team consists of project managers, consultants, technical consultants, trainers & developers.

  • Project manager – responsible for building and managing the project plan; ensuring the Epaccsys team are working to agreed time scales; support you with what needs to be done and by when, as well as complete risk analysis on the project and the key milestones.
  • Implementation consultant – responsible for helping you build the applications in your system, advising on system settings and set ups. The consultants will complete the training; test the system and if there are any customisation requirements produce the functional specification for development. The consultant will complete the data migration and complete the support handover at the end of the project.
  • Technical consultants – work with you to train your team on the customisation tools available. We run a set of introductory training followed by advanced training and then a series of workshops where the consultant will work with your team to develop the changes required.
  • Developers – responsible for customising Epicor software to meet customer specific needs as well as installation and development of integrations between systems and producing reports and outputs.
